How ordering works

Six steps, no surprises. You approve the artwork proof before anything goes into production.

1. Step 1

   Inquiry

   Tell us quantity and logo. Estimates are fine — we'll confirm details before quoting.

2. Step 2

   Quote (PI)

   Formal quote with lead times and payment terms, valid 90 days.

3. Step 3

   Proof approval

   We send a digital mock-up. Nothing is produced until you approve it.

4. Step 4

   Sampling

   Physical sample in 5–7 days after artwork approval.

5. Step 5

   Bulk production

   20 days after sample sign-off.

6. Step 6

   Shipping

   Tracked courier or sea freight, your choice.
