Refund Policy

1. Custom items
All items on this site are made to your design. Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective — this is also stated on every quote. The artwork proof and physical sample exist so you can verify the design before bulk production.
2. Defects
Report defects within 14 days of delivery with photos and order number tohello@example.com. Confirmed defects are remedied by replacement or refund of the affected units, at our cost including return shipping where applicable.
3. Deposits
A 30% deposit confirms your production slot. If you cancel before bulk production begins, the deposit is refunded minus any sampling and material costs already incurred. After bulk production begins, deposits are non-refundable.
4. Samples
Sample fees are quoted separately and are credited against your bulk order when it proceeds within 90 days.
